Responsibilities: - Must recognize any hoof problems and report them to the owner.
- Must be able to keep a detailed record of the incomes and expenses of the farrier (this will be recorded in the bank under Farrier).
- Must decide upon reasonable fees for the various services and create an up-to-date topic listing them (the topic will be stickied by an admin).
