A sizable, clean, organized room in which all the tack at NYRS is stored.

The lesson barn has 20 huge stalls and 4 wash racks. You can only ride these horses for a lesson or if you are leasing one. You can sign up for lessons and to lease a horse in the main office.

The gelding barn is for boarders. It has 16 huge stalls and 2 wash racks. To board your horse here, go to the main office and sign up.

The mare barn is for boarders. It has 16 huge stalls and 2 wash racks. To board your mare here, go to the office and sign up.

The stallion barn is for boarders. It has 10 huge stalls and 2 wash racks. To board your stallions here, go to the office and sign up.

20 acres of top-quality grazing land. All horses have access to the pastures, but horses in pasture board will have their threads located here.

A well-kept, five-acre pasture with a small shelter that the babies can walk into for shelter from the elements. They are moved to the barn when they are five years old.

The indoor ring is a spacious, covered arena with eight jumps set up in the center and plenty of space around the sides for warming up.

The outdoor ring has ten jumps set up in a course and is kept in pristine condition. The hunter-jumper and showjumping shows are held at this location.

A small, white-fenced round pen used for lunging horses and sometimes lessons for beginners.

An impressive facility designed to accommodate dogs of boarders that cannot keep their pets at their house.

A 10 acre pasture with clover and a lot of green grass. It has a small walk-in barn as well.

1 acre for the goats, sheep and even a pig or two. There are 2 small walk in barns.

This is a giant pasture that's a little over 200 acres. It's split of into 4 parts, one for each season. Every part has about 50 acres and you may have to cross a few old dirt roads when moving the cattle, another word for be careful.

This is where some riding lessons, horse lunging, and many other horse activities take place.

Saunders Ranch is surrounded by hundreds of acres of woods from the Saunders buying small pieces of land at a time. There is a campground in the middle and many different trails throughout the forest. You can cross rivers and even find a lake by the campgrounds. If you want to go camping, fishing, trail riding, etc. just ask.

A medium size outside riding pen. The fence is made out of old wood and the ground is hard packed dirt. This is where some lessons take place and a perfect pen for any level horses to be ridden.

The Saunders family live in a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house. It's made of red brick and is one story. It has a big living room, an office, and the third bedroom is used as a guest room.

This is where you keep up with your money. Every member will have their own page. You will earn $650 per month if you are unemployed or your salary if you have a job. When you earn or lose money post it in your page and a staff member will change your money amount. If you don't post your monthly pay, staff won't change it.

Food is kind of important. Without it, your horse would, y'know, die. To prevent that from happening, stop by the feed shop and stock up!

Horses need regular veterinary check-ups to ensure that they are healthy. There may also be emergencies that would require care from a vet. Whatever your situation is, stop by here to get it fixed!

Does your horse need new shoes? Come on in, and we'll get him fitted with the most comfortable shoes around. We also offer barefoot trimming if you'd prefer that your horse be left unshod.

You can either offer your horse up for auction or bid on a horse here. Auctions will be held on the first, tenth, and twentieth of every month.
